By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 88fb3 platform at https://88fb3.io (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 88fb3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Use of the 88fb3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity, unless expressly authorised in writing by 88fb3.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of an employee of 88fb3 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by 88fb3 or by a third-party responsible gaming organisation.

88fb3 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 88fb3 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To access the full range of 88fb3 services, you are required to register an account. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

• Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 88fb3 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 88fb3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting [email protected].
• Account registration requires a valid mobile phone number for OTP verification. Providing a phone number belonging to another person is prohibited.
• 88fb3 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and may include proof of address or proof of payment method. 88fb3 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required by its internal compliance procedures.

All financial transactions on the 88fb3 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account, and only after successful KYC verification has been completed. 88fb3 does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts.

88fb3 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 88fb3 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

88fb3 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 88fb3 reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility to any player at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately. Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (or bonus funds plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• 88fb3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk strategies designed to extract bonus value, or collusion — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be permanently closed.

All betting and gaming activity on the 88fb3 Platform is governed by the rules specific to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games). These product-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided and audited by the respective game studios. 88fb3 does not control or modify game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by 88fb3's risk management team and may be changed at any time before the relevant event commences. Once a bet is confirmed, its odds are locked.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, 88fb3 will use all available data to reconstruct the outcome. Where this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products. These limits may vary by game, market, event, and player account status. 88fb3 reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at any time.
• 88fb3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly priced odds where the error is demonstrably clear.

88fb3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum daily session duration. Once the limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used for betting or gaming.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fb3 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their express knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 88fb3.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, tournaments, or sports betting markets.
• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any player who identifies such an issue must report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform to transfer or conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or interfering with another player's gaming experience.
• Placing bets using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fb3 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits resulting from technical failures, connection interruptions, or downtime of the Platform.
• Decisions made by players in relation to their betting and gaming activity, including the outcome of any game or bet.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of the Platform in any jurisdiction.
• Acts of third-party game studios, payment providers, or other third-party service providers integrated into the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88fb3 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

88fb3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 88fb3 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be shown at the top of the Terms document. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88fb3 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
